To Fall And Fall

And fall and fall it has…over 12″ of it. Enough, already!

“The rain began again. It fell heavily, easily, with no meaning or intention

but the fulfilment of it’s own nature, which was to fall and fall.”Helen Garner

    1. You can take as much as you need, Kylee — we’ve had so much that parts of the province are under several meters of water. It has stopped for the time being, at least, and feels much colder tonight.

  1. Time to throw you a line! Wow, I do not miss the rain we had in Portland. We did have some snow today (here in Redmond, OR)- and I love it. Much better than soaking, wet rain. Well, I’m sure there are some plants that appreciate it anyway.

    Happy fall to you,

  2. Nancy girl better plain rain than freezing rain right ? hehe .. we have sunny but cool weather here .. so I better make sure to get my chores finished this week because I just know the white stuff will be here soon enough.
Congratulations on the comment record girl !!
    Joy : )

  3. That rain will be snow soon, I’m afraid. Everyone here in Illinois is gearing up for a bad winter. After last year most will be prepared. Mother Nature may throw us a zinger and not send much snow. We never know…Glad to see that you are posting the first snowfall project again. Picture tells the story with the little drops hitting the water. Balisha
