“That’s one of the things I look forward to about an evening like this — someone
to drink tea with at the end of it. For all I know, the whole point of civilization
is to provide one with someone to drink tea with at the end of an evening.”

  1. Count me in—who do you want to chat about or is it gossip. I usually just tell good gossip. Now there was this man near my house that caught a 200 lb catfish on a Barbee fishing rod. His grand-daughter went to go potty and he was holding the little pink rod. The rod bent in two but held through the long battle. He’s getting the fish stuffed for display. Now that’s a good story for tea in the afternoon. Your turn.

  2. LOL I haven’t come across this quote before but I like it as I am a big fan of tea. Excellent picture of that sky and tree tops, very dynamic and it reminds me of some of the paintings by old Dutch masters.
