Wildflowers in Winter – Week 6

This week’s theme for Wildflowers in Winter is wildflower art: share art made by you or someone else that features wildflowers. I am thinking of paintings, watercolors, sketches, drawings etc., elaborate, detailed, free style, or very simple. Something from your nature journal would be appropriate too. If you can’t find something in your house to photograph and share about right now, this week you can sit down and draw or paint one. Come on, don’t be shy. It is really lots of fun, and may chase away those winter blues faster then you’d guess.

I had some trouble finding something to post this week…I’m not brave enough to share any of my journal doodling! This is a wooden plate on which my MIL2B has painted a hummingbird and what I believe is some type of echinacea.
