Laughter is the best medicine, they say. Having fun lessens the effects of stress and can help prevent both physical and mental damage, including brightening our attitude which, I think most of us would agree, is half the battle.
The next time you’re feeling the strain of day to day life, try to think back to the last time you belly laughed or the last time you played for the fun of it. Will you continue to “white knuckle” your way through that stress…or buy yourself a new “toy”? Give it some thought. :)
