Points to Ponder #3

Know your limits…but never stop trying to exceed them. – Anonymous

Many of us use what we conceive to be our “limitations” as a stop sign toward reaching our goals. While knowing our limits can safeguard us against embarrassment and harm, often we use them to avoid and procrastinate in our lives.

What, if anything, is holding you back from reaching your goals? Have you found a way to forge ahead and push past your comfort zone?

  1. Nancy, I love your points to ponder series! I find that I enjoy so many little things that they distract me from the harder goals, so I don’t deny myself enjoyment in my writing, but rather enjoy it so much I put aside my novel and larger stories to blog. I am trying to balance it more, first by becoming more organized, then by shear force of will to stop blogging and reading long enough to work on my novel. Hopefully as soon as I finish setting up my domains, I can schedule myself better, I get lost in the moment. That’s what it is, I get so deep into a moment.

I appreciate and welcome your comments!
