November is making me surly, too, with all of this cold air and biting wind… it was 70 degrees last week, and 40 this week. I could have used a nice little letdown instead of this… *sigh*

It is not just flowers and greenery that catches your eye. The sculptures of nature which come into their own during autumn and winter are very beautiful in their starkness.
